X Window System Oversized Font Denial Of Service Vulnerability
Solution: FreeBSD has released a fixed port package to address this issue. This issue is intended to be fixed by the release of mozilla-1.0_1,1 for FreeBSD, and linux-mozilla-1.1. It should be noted that this fix is not a complete workaround, but instead a temporary fix. The underlying vulnerability is still present. See referenced advisory for more information. SGI has released an advisory. SGI strongly advises users to either download and install the appropriate patches or to upgrade to IRIX 6.5.18 when it is available.
