Wow, I'm very surprised to see someone at that age achieve something like a CISSP. A security firm that I work for is known to hire a lot of younger security experts (hackers),

but never someone 16 years old. If our firm knew of a 16 year old with a CISSP, he would immediately be hired and made a senior security analyst/consultant. Lets hope more youth follow his footsteps in the future. =)
