Actually, he has NO point. This is what happens when people use books that they buy from infomercials or cable access shows to help form their own defense. At most, this constitutes a grammatical error (though I would say it is a formatting method to differentiate the names of the parties involved) rather than any kind of factual error.

Overall this is the biggest load of crap I have ever read. I would not be surprised if this gets picked up by the humor sections of the various bar magazines.
