I suppose Mr. McOwen is lucky his actions were not deemed to be terroristic by the computer police. Rather than jail time and a huge fine, he could be looking at LIFE in jail with no hope for parole. One day, he is a Network Administrator - next day he is bed partner to some hairy guy named Bruno....
