then states that he was acquitted on appeal in '90. How convenient that other authors forget the "facts"...particularly
those that do not directly support their arguement.
Facts Shmacts..you should get some straight yourself. Pondexter was not aquitted on appeal, his conviction was overturned because of the issue of an immunity deal with congress. That's different There is no question of his wrongdoing, he just got out of being punished for it. The fact remains that we keep getting more and more foxes being put in charge of henhouses.
