This software will allow you to test your restricted-access website to make sure that only authorized users are able to get in. Webcracker is a security tool that allows you to attempt to test id and password combinations on your web site. If you're able to guess a user's password with this program, chances are some hacker will be able to also. Webcracker helps you find these vulnerablilities and fix them before they're exploited by some unknown attacker.

That is true but from what I'm reading not entirely the problem here. CIH is a virus I'm familiar w/ which is extremely damaging. How it works is by infecting a machine then infecting every .exe file that is run after it infects the machine, then it spreads, so whomever posted this program likely is infected and doesn't know it. An .exe file infected w/ CIH is capable of infecting any machine its run on and thereby spreading the virus. CIH is extremely malicious, handle w/ extreme caution.
