Industry Experience: 2+ years Technical Support Experience Experience Supporting MS Applications (Office, Outlook, etc.) Experience supporting MS OS (including XP) Experience with hardware and building out PCs/laptops Networking knowledge Active Directory Experience (a PLUS) PBX knowledge (a PLUS) Personal Qualities: Self-Sufficient / Self-Starter Does what is necessary to get the job done Strong Work Ethic (Works Smart, not just Hard) Strong Ethics (Do things the right way all of the time) Strong Organizational Skills Ability to Quickly adapt to change Willing to take Direction / Guidance Ability to lift 50 pounds |
